Vermont Coffee

Maple syrup and rum gives this drink a taste of the outdoors. Vermont does have some of the best maple syrup around, though Canadian maple syrup is in a class by itself.

1 oz light cream
1 oz maple syrup
2 oz dark rum
6 oz hot coffee

Combine in a mug, and enjoy.
