Sparkling Chocolate Soda

A sparkling drink with a hint of chocolate and cream. Even with the heavy cream, this is a very refreshing recipe for the heat of summer.

3 tbs chocolate syrup
3 tbs heavy cream
Crushed ice
Club soda

Stir cream and chocolate syrup together in the bottom of a tall glass. Fill glass about halfway with crushed ice, then top off the rest of the glass with club soda.

Serves 1.
