Iced Honey Coffee

A creamy iced coffee, naturally sweetened with honey. Nothing says summer like the taste of fresh honey. This recipes is only lightly flavoured with coffee, so it's not too overpowering.

2 tbs instant coffee crystals
1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup cold water
1 quart milk
1 cup ice cubes

Dissolve the instant coffee in hot water, then stir in honey until blended. Add cold water, and pour over ice in four glasses. Top off with milk and serve.
