Cool Hot Chocolate

1 cup water
1 cup milk
3 tbs semisweet chocolate
1 tbs sugar

Grate or finely chop chocolate. In a saucepan, mix ingredients and bring to a simmer. Stir continuously and don't let the mixture boil.

When chocolate is melted and mixed evenly, remove from heat. Refrigerate until chilled through and serve over ice.
