Brazilian Iced Chocolate

A cold and bubbly blend of chocolate, coffee and Cola. It's a complex blend of flavours, but who can argue with so many caffeinated ingredients. Great for an afternoon on the patio.

2 oz unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup coffee
3 cups milk
1 cup Cola soft drink

Use a double boiler to melt chocolate, adding sugar. Stir in coffee, then milk. Continue to mix together until smooth and combined. Refrigerate until chilled through. Right before serving, add soft drink over ice.
